1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website (SafariJawai.com), WhatsApp, or authorized partners.Full payment is required to confirm your safari reservation.We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, PayPal, and bank transfers.A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

✅ Satisfaction guarantee – If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a full refund.Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the safari are eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the safari will receive a 50% refund.❌ No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the safari.Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

3. Safari Rules & Guidelines

To ensure your safety and preserve the natural ecosystem of Jawai Hills:Guests must strictly follow the wildlife safety instructions provided by our guides.Littering, loud noises, or any activity disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.Safari timings and routes may change due to weather conditions or forest department regulations.Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted during the safari.Children under 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

SafariJawai.com and its partners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the safari.Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as they are natural occurrences, although our local trackers strive to maximize your chances.All legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Kota, Rajasthan (India).

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will only be collected for booking and communication purposes and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.Payment details are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store or retain any credit card or banking information.
