At SafariJawai.com, we are committed to delivering unforgettable wildlife experiences in the Jawai Hills. We understand that travel plans may change, so this policy explains our refund and cancellation guidelines clearly.
Private Safari Bookings Cancellations
At least 48 hours before the scheduled safari start – Full refund of the amount paid.
Less than 48 hours before the scheduled safari start – No refund.
No-shows or late arrivals – No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Cancellation Deadlines
Cancellation deadlines are calculated from the scheduled safari start time or resort check-in date and time shown in your booking confirmation. Please send your cancellation request through our contact details below.
Hotel & Accommodation Bookings
At least 14 days before the scheduled check-in – Full refund of the amount paid.
Less than 14 days before check-in – Refunds depend on the resort’s cancellation terms. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us for the applicable terms.
Rescheduling Policy
Private safari rebooking is permitted once, if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled safari. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Refund Processing
Refunds are credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. The date the refund appears in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Cancellations or Changes by Us
In rare circumstances such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or operational issues, SafariJawai.com reserves the right to cancel a booking. Guests will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule to another available date at no extra cost.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or compassionate grounds, refunds may be granted outside the standard policy. In such instances, fuel and logistical charges will be deducted. A minimum of ₹2,500 will be retained for operational expenses.
