This policy explains our clear and fair refund and cancellation guidelines.
1. Private Safari Bookings Cancellations
7+ days before safari date – Full refund (excluding transaction fees).3 to 6 days before safari date – 50% refund of the booking amount.Within 48 hours of safari – No refund, as operational arrangements are already in place.No-shows or late arrivals – No refund or rescheduling will be provided.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee – Full Refund if Not Satisfied
At SafariJawai.com, guest satisfaction is our top priority. If you are genuinely dissatisfied due to service quality, hospitality, or safety concerns, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to the following:Guests must inform our team on the same day of the safari about their dissatisfaction.Feedback must be authentic and service-related — wildlife sightings are not covered as they are natural and unpredictable.A minimum deduction of ₹2,500 will apply to cover fuel and coordination costs.Refunds under this clause will be processed only after internal review and approval.
3. Hotel & Accommodation Bookings
Cancellations:10+ days before check-in – Full refund (excluding service/transaction fees).5 to 9 days before check-in – 50% refund of the booking amount.Within 4 days of check-in – No refund, as the reservation is non-refundable by the property.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Private safari rebooking is permitted once.. if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled safari.Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.Transaction fees and bank charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.Payments made via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal) will follow their refund timelines.
6. Cancellations or Changes by Us
In rare circumstances such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or operational issues, SafariJawai.com reserves the right to cancel a booking. Guests will have the option to:Receive a full refund, orReschedule to another available date at no extra cost.
7. Special Full Refund Clause (Manual Exceptions)
In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies or compassionate grounds), refunds may be granted outside the standard policy. In such instances:Fuel and logistical charges will be deducted.A minimum of ₹2,500 will be retained for operational expenses.
